Talley was already an experienced human resource specialist when she founded Red Seat in 1999. At that time, she’d spent years hearing the same story from her clients: We’re afraid to hire the wrong people, and we don’t have time to find the right ones. We need help with the whole process. Talley’s response: Red Seat. Now she’s a leading expert on hiring, a go-to speaker, and a valued consultant. She’s committed to Red Seat’s mission of helping businesses find employees as quickly, efficiently, and affordably as possible.

When she's not working, Talley is active in Rotary and loves whipping up new recipes in the kitchen and spending time with her husband and family. She is a graduate of Iowa State University.
