Hi! You’re probably here because you saw our name in an employment ad and you’re wondering how Red Seat fits into your job search.

Think of us like a standalone Human Resources company. We mostly work with small- and medium-sized businesses that want to hire awesome people but don’t quite have the HR capacity to land those awesome people.

We are recruiters and hiring experts who exclusively represent the hiring company. We are not a temp or an employment agency. Companies turn to Red Seat to find, assess, and help them hire great candidates like you.

Translation: It’s our job to make things easier for everyone — and that includes you. We treat every candidate fairly and respectfully, and we work hard to remove stress and headaches from the whole process.
